Agreement
By downloading or using Hollie ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
What Hollie provides
Hollie is a personal relationship management app for iOS. It helps you track the people you care about, log interactions, and stay in touch. Your data is stored in your iCloud account.
Your account
Hollie uses your iCloud account for identity and data storage. You don't create a separate account with us. You're responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID and iCloud account.
Subscriptions
Hollie offers a free Personal plan and a paid Connect plan. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms:
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
- Prices may vary by region and are determined in the App Store
Acceptable use
You agree to use Hollie for its intended purpose — managing personal relationships. You may not:
- Use the App for commercial data harvesting or bulk contact management
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws
- Share access to shared Spaces with the intent to harass or harm others
Shared Spaces
When you create or join a shared Space, you're sharing contact data with the other members of that Space. You're responsible for sharing only information you have the right to share. You can leave a shared Space or remove members at any time.
Intellectual property
The Hollie app, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Hollie. Your data belongs to you — we claim no ownership over any content you create in the App.
Disclaimers
Hollie is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to keep the App reliable, we don't guarantee uninterrupted service or that the App will meet every specific need.
We're not responsible for data loss resulting from iCloud outages, device failures, or actions taken within your iCloud account. We recommend keeping your devices and iCloud account in good standing.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hollie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We'll notify you of significant changes through the App or on this page.
Termination
You can stop using Hollie at any time by deleting the App. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access if these terms are violated.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Hollie operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
